Complex treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee by the use of transdermal electro-pharmaceutical stimulation

This article introduces an innovative way of injection of medications - transdermal electro-pharmaceutical stimulation, and also shows the results of clinical studies on the effectiveness of this method in the treatment of patients with osteoarthritis of the knee joint (2nd and 3rd degree). As a medication was used 10 % solution of therapeutic mud taken from the Sergievsk mineral spa resort. The innovative technology allows the efficient usage of natural resources of medicinal mud and may be used both in health centers and at patient's home.
