The analysis of the results of treatment of patients with acute pancreatitis has been carried out. On the background of doing the complex intensive conservative therapy to 139 patients, the surgical operations were done. The research on use of cytoflavin has been carried out. Cytoflavin, which has antioxidative, antihypoxitic activity and cytoprotective action in the complex therapy of destructive pancreatitis was used as a correction of metabolic infringements
