Comprehensive determination of petrophysical properties of the productive deposits using the NMR method

The paper presents the results of comprehensive determination of productive deposits petrophysical properties using the NMR method. The subject of research is the productive deposits of one of the Volga-Ural oil-and-gas province fields. Efficiency of the short-time porosity estimation by NMR technique is shown. This approach allows excluding of cleaning core process. The author computed the empirical relationships of clay content and NMR results for the Visean terrigenous deposits of the study field.
