Integrated space, double-value time, philosophical aspects

From a unified methodological position, the problems of space and time are considered. It is shown that motion is the primary property of matter, and the primary element of matter is not a particle, but a vortex. Space and time are intangible means of measuring motion. Time is a moving standard of motion with which all movements are measured. Space is needed to measure a fixed motion path. It is motionless.
