The article regards the problem of integrated demand management for electricity and natural gas consumption at the level of the Unified Energy System of Russia. The author analyzes the technological and economic features of the processes of production, transmission, distribution and consumption of electricity and natural gas at the level of individual industrial enterprises and regions of Russia, proving the need and feasibility of comprehensive management of demand for their consumption. The author has classified the factors that simultaneously affect the volatility of demand parameters for the consumption of electric energy and natural gas at industrial enterprises, the accounting of which is a key aspect of the information base for managing the demand for energy resources. The article describes the developed model of combined demand management for electricity and natural gas consumption at the UES level, the peculiarity of which is the comprehensive management of demand for electric energy and natural gas, taking into account the general characteristics that affect their consumption, and the synergies of the mutual influence of demand on the consumption of electricity and natural gas. Results of the research have both theoretical and practical significance and can be used in the development of energy efficiency enhancement programs both at the level of individual enterprises and at the level of regions and the country as a whole.
