Complex scientific research and cooperation in the Arctic: interaction of universities with the academic and industrial research organizations

Review of the conference which took place at Northern (Arctic) Federal University (Arkhangelsk) on February 26-27 2015 and was dedicated to various questions of development of the Arctic is given. Some presentations are highlighted in the review, speakers' suggestions included in the final resolution are shown.
