Proper selection of personnel requires a large expenditure of resources from the company, but most companies in the Russian Federation cannot afford this. In order to solve this problem, a methodology was proposed that would allow managers of small and medium-sized businesses to select and recruit the necessary personnel on their own, without in-depth study and implementation. The methodology is based on a system of key assessment groups, including: competencies (Soft/Hard skills), emotional state, personality structure and values, the totality of indicators of which will allow the manager to describe the complete portrait of the employee he needs and find exactly him.
