Comprehensive approach in management of personnel

Personnel functions that can be achieved in various ways are considered. The author suggests that an integrated approach can significantly improve the efficiency of the organization's personnel policy. In this paper, the author proposes to delegate some personnel functions between employment agencies and social development services.
