Integrated analysis of the current strength of compressor blades on damaged by foreign objects

Бесплатный доступ

In the paper the problem of modeling the damage to the titanium blade 5-th stage of the compressor gas turbine engine by foreign object is formulated. Formulated a mathematical statement of the problem, describe the spatial discretization for the finite element method. The results of mathematical modeling of the collision: the typical operational damage - and the analysis of the stress-strain state of the scapula. Also estimated the value of residual stresses in the zone of injury. The results of determining the estimated theoretical stress concentration factor for the characteristic lesions is discussed. The influence of damage such as cracks and V-shaped nick at the modal characteristics of the scapula is considered.
