Worthy standard of living component of the human development index

In the Human Development Index (HDI) the standard of living of the population is reflected GDP indicator. In article shortcomings of such indicator are considered and for interregional comparison of Russian regions the calculation procedure components of HDI "Worthy Standard of Living" based on an indicator of conditional purchasing power of average monetary per capita income is offered. For additional characteristic of income of the population the indicator reflecting differentiation of monetary income is entered. The developed index of income in structure of HDI is calculated for all regions.
