Components of the university lecturer's innovation culture

The lecturer’s innovation culture is gradually being formed and developed at universities. It is seen as an integral element of lecturer’s professional development and a critical component in the university’s innovation culture. To build a solid theoretical foundation for this issue, the paper presents the components of university lecturer’s innovation culture. Specifically, the following components: axiological-communicative, personal-creative, and innovative-technological are analyzed to clarify the structure of the university lecturer’s innovation culture. On that basis, we propose some recommendations to promote the university lecturer’s innovation culture.
