Tribological characteristics of anti-friction, wear-resistant cluster nickel and chromium composite coatings, modified by microparticles of metal oxide, were researched. Methods of introduction particles in electrolytes & methods of particles delivery to coated surface were chosen. By method of mathematical planning of experiments were optimized deposition conditions of composite coatings & calculated regression equations, which allow obtaining coatings with desired properties.
