Compromise as a way to resolve conflicts in labor collectives

The article considers compromise as a way to resolve conflicts in the labor collective. Conflict in the team is an ambiguous phenomenon that can affect both positively and negatively the ability to work of employees and the entire production process as a whole. The article shows that compromise as one of the strategies of behavior in a conflict situation is the most profitable solution. In this case, both sides are not winners or losers, because the requirements of both will be partially met, that is, satisfaction from the situation will eventually be to some extent. Perhaps a compromise cannot fully satisfy the interests of the conflicting parties, but within the framework of the labor process, where the main goal of the employee and the team as a whole is to fulfill their obligations and make a profit, such a behavior strategy is optimal.
