Conceptions of formal and material rationality of Max Weber in the context of prospects of the capitalism formation and development in Russia

The article deals with possible theoretical and methodological application of the socio-economic ideas of Max Weber, the classic of the economic sociology. Applying the principle of dichotomy dividing into formal and material rationality the author studies premises and conditions of the rational capitalism formation in Russia.
