In the 21st century, the study and search for organizational and legal forms that are capable of changing public administration and accepting the challenges of social progress at this stage is playing an increasingly important role. Public-private partnerships are a promising form that can attract private business to participate in large-scale national projects. PPP is a complex mechanism that includes a consensus between the interests of the state and the private sector to fulfill the tasks of the state, realizing socially important goals, and the study of the economic and legal aspects of public-private partnership. It is within his power to attract more resources for the development of socio-economic spheres. Studying the different forms of PPPs, their advantages and disadvantages, the roles of government and the private sector, the legal and financial aspects, the effectiveness and efficiency of such partnerships, and the evolution of government-business interactions over time can help develop more effective public-private collaboration strategies in various sectors such as health, education, infrastructure, etc. Therefore, at present, this mechanism is attracting the most attention at the national level, which determines the practical significance of the research topic.
