Concepts of legal regulation of application of compulsory procedures in operational-search activity

In the activities of the operational units of the internal affairs bodies, the use of detention, delivery and inspection is determined by practical expediency. The existing variety of legal order of these compulsory procedures does not take into account the specifics of operational search activities, which leads to the ongoing legal conflict associated with unjustified restrictions on the constitutional rights of citizens. The article considers the concept of possible legal regulation of detention, delivery and inspection while carrying out operational-search activities, that allows to solve the relevant legal conflict.
