В статье представлен обзор литературы по концепциям совершенствования перинатальной помощи в современном мире. Выявлены положительные стороны организации пренатальной и кардиохирургической службы на современном этапе, отражены ключевые проблемы, решение которых может способствовать снижению заболеваемости и смертности детей от ВПР.
