Concept of a business plan and evaluation of its efficiency in the structure of strategic management of the holding

The analysis of the developed business plan for the strategic development of the Holding is carried out on the example of the formation of a business plan for Moscow Helicopter Plant (MVZ) named after M.L. Mile, which is part of the Helicopters of Russia Holding. The concept of a business plan is defined and its effectiveness is evaluated in the structure of the strategic management of the Holding.
