The article discusses the conceptual issues of creating a digital ecosystem of the national tourism and hospitality industry. Digitalization is one of the main trends that determine the key trends in the development of tourism and hotel activities. A decisive influence on digitalization in tourism is also exerted by the change of generations and the emergence of the so-called digital tourists, for whom the level of digital support development for tourist and hotel activities plays a decisive role in choosing a tourist destination. It is shown that digitalization allows forming a single information space in tourism, which is an important basis for the formation of a digital ecosystem of tourism and hospitality. The authors describe conceptual apparatus used in the theory of ecosystems and consider the classification and advantages of digital platforms acting as a basis for building a digital ecosystem of tourism and hospitality. The article studies the experience of the digital ecosystem development through the example of various fields of activity. The prerequisites and directions for the formation of a digital ecosystem of national tourism and hospitality have been determined. It is substantiated that it is advisable to build a national digital ecosystem of tourism and hospitality on the basis of public-private partnership.
