The concept of a single law-enforced object for the real principle of action of the criminal law in space

This work is part of the study of the problems of the operation of criminal law in the "Internet space", within the framework of which we set out to draw up a list of possible law-enforced objects of criminal law protection outside the Russian Federation in accordance with the real principle of the criminal law in space. As a result, we found that only a number of acts listed in domestic criminal law can be protected beyond state borders. So inadequate objects are the interests of the state; disputed - "the interests of society" and the only not objectionable are the interests of the individual and property interests.
