The concept of forming a dairy cattle breeding digital ecosystem of the Krasnoyarsk region

Modern agricultural production is undergoing major technological changes, which is directly related to the processes of introducing various digital tools and technologies into production business processes. Among the initiatives for the development of dairy cattle breeding is the improvement of production management systems, the harmonization of the interaction of all elements and relationships in a complex biotechnical system "man - machine - animal". In the realities of agricultural modernization, it is advisable to take into account a number of factors that hinder digitalization processes, both at the national and regional levels. There is a need to master new technologies, which is not always possible due to the lack of personnel with the required competence, as well as the constant restructuring of business processes that are typical not only for the subindustry, but also related to interaction with customers and government authorities. Consistent and dynamic digital transformation of the production potential of dairy cattle is necessary to build a coherent digital ecosystem that contributes to increasing the level of digital maturity of the sub-sector and its competitiveness. The regional digital ecosystem of dairy farming should be considered as an integral part of the Digital Agriculture project. The development of a concept for the formation of a digital ecosystem of dairy cattle breeding at the regional level should take into account all global and domestic trends not only in the field of digitalization, but also in general in the development of dairy cattle breeding. The creation of a regional competence center for planning and modeling the optimal use of the production potential of dairy cattle breeding will make it possible to more fully generate information and use it in real time to make managerial decisions. A detailed analysis and consideration of the all-Russian and regional development problems of the sub-sector will make it possible to create optimal conditions for increasing its production potential and implementing strategic development directions not only at the regional level, but also making a certain contribution to solving the strategic tasks of developing Russia's agriculture.
