The article reveals the conceptual foundations of the formation of the author’s methodology for domestic industrial enterprises innovative activity management taking into account the multilevel of their organizational and structural elements of management. Emphasis is placed on the development of paradigmatic anthropo-oriented and conceptual aspects of innovative management, based on a system analysis and approaches which allow for flexible adaptation of the management system to the prevailing trends of the «new» economy.
