Concept of formation of professionally-creative skills of future engineers on the basis of acmeological approach

The author explores one of the most urgent problems of modern education - formation of professional and creative skills of future engineers in the modern market requirements and regulations. The author makes analysis of professional standards "Engineer-technologist for the production of microelectronics", "Engineering design and support of integrated circuits and systems on chip" etc., which showed the demand of professional and creative skills of future engineers. Therefore, the purpose of this article is the substantiation of necessity of creation of the concept of formation of professionally-creative abilities of future engineers, which will allow to resolve the contradiction between society''s need for competent engineers, ready to use professional and creative skills for solving professional tasks and actual level of readiness of graduates of engineering schools to carry out their professional functions. The main objectives of the concept of formation of professionally-creative abilities of future engineers are researched. Acmeological approach is considered as the study and implementation of practical improvement engineer through the transformation of existing professional development level to a higher optimal level. The author makes the conclusion that there is a need to construct a conception of formation of professionally-creative abilities of future engineers to solve the contradiction between society''s need for competent engineers, which are ready to use professional and creative skills to solve professional tasks and actual level of readiness of graduates of engineering schools to fulfill their professional functions.
