The concept of the hero of «unnoticed generation» using the material of the novels by V. V. Nabokov «The invitation to execution» and «Bend sinister»

The article describes the concept of Nabokov's hero and highlights his features. It offers the author's classification of characters depending on a genre form and character of novels. The article defines the features connecting the literary hero of «unnoticed generation» with the tradition of Russian literature and distinguishing him from it. The article gives the definition for the literary hero of «unnoticed generation» of the Russian emigration - «the emigrant from time to eternity» - for the first time, it tells about the dichotomic concept of Nabokov's hero and about a relative division of the big prose of the writer into «Russian» and «foreign» novels depending on the type of the hero.
