The concept of investment behavior

The article is devoted to the actual problem of investment behavior, the concept of psychological processes and mechanisms underlying the investment behavior. The author points out two problems that make it difficult to obtain practically meaningful conclusions for stimulating investment processes: ambiguity in the economic understanding of investments and simplicity of interpretations of investment behavior. The second problem is considered in detail. The definitions of psychological factors influencing investment behavior are considered.
