The concept of experimental legislation and its value for improving lawmaking

The object of the research is the law as a type of legal act analyzed on the basis of the theoretical model of the system having certain objective function and distributed (project and control) components. The author formulated several theoretical theses for the law concept as the distributed components system and identified the prospects of their use for legislation improvement.
