Logistics framework concept

The essence of the logistics framework lies in the fact that it includes logistics and transport infrastructure, relies on the supporting framework of settlement and information technology. The purpose of the study is to formulate a new concept of commodity circulation based on modern methodological tools of logistics and the digital economy. The first block of research tasks includes a consistent consideration of the evolution of the economic and infrastructure frameworks, finding intersections and integration interactions, analyzing the scientific terminology of network and framework interactions, structuring definitions and developing the content of a new concept of a logistics framework. The second block of research tasks is to analyze the possibilities of digital communications to coordinate Internet technologies with technologies for managing commodity and information flows. This will allow, according to the authors, to form a logistical framework in such a way that in modern conditions it acquires a new synergistic direction and makes it possible to update current trends that contribute to the restructuring of standard ecosystems, such as the formation of strategic social alliances in the economy; implementation of integrated supply chain management systems; development of 4-PL operators and network logistics infrastructures. The objects of study include commodity and information flows, the Internet, logistics infrastructure. The study used methods of business process analysis in supply chains, benchmarking and simulation. The main results of the study include the emergence of a new concept of the logistics framework, which contributes to the development of new methods for managing international communications in commodity and information flows in the direction of transforming logistics operations from linear to synergistic interactions in the near future.
