The paper analyzes the aspects the concepts of patient orientation on the example of the project "Friendly clinic-Tatarstan standard" . The article is devoted to the studies use of modern tools of quality management for the introduction of the concept of patient orientation, a number of measures aimed at gradually improving the efficiency of polyclinic. The subject of the study is the use of modern tools of quality management in the field of health protection.
