The article is devoted to the substantiation and development of the concept of personalized management to increase the competitiveness of personnel. According to the results of a survey conducted by the analytical center under the Government of the Russian Federation in 2020, representatives of 80.6% of large companies indicated a high level of competition and the need to regularly take measures to improve the competitiveness of the product. However, in practice, heads of organizations face problems of low employee motivation, consistency and effectiveness of activities aimed at increasing the competitiveness of the organization. In the work, based on the analysis of available approaches in domestic and foreign literature, the concept of personalized employee management is theoretically substantiated and developed to improve the efficiency of the enterprise. The content of the mechanism of influence of a personalized approach to management on the efficiency, effectiveness of personnel activities, and satisfaction is revealed.
