The concept of religious identity

The article deals with the viewpoints of E. Durkheim and other sociologists on the concept of religious identity. The author determines the correlation between religion and ethnicity. The research shows the relation between religion and identity, in particular, with regard to youth in the light of religiosity and the search for identity.
