The researcher explains the psychological phenomenon of social and psychological comfort of educational environment. The article proves effectiveness of using the concept of social and psychological comfort of educational environment in the practice of organizing studies and extra-curricular work by the faculty aiming to enhance opportunities for personality development and professional qualities of future specialists.
