Concept of creation and development of individual student's portfolio

This study considers the issues of creation and development of the electronic portfolio of the student within the information and educational environment of the university, highlights the basic principles of maintenance of the electronic portfolio, describes the structure of the electronic portfolio, proposes the model of creation and development of the electronic portfolio of the student university, makes proposals for the development of the functionality of the information and educational environment in order to develop the electronic portfolio of the student university.
