Talcott Parsons' conception as a theoretical analysis instrument of social interaction in the organizational system of people management

This article is devoted to problem of analytic approach to people management systems as a special type of social interaction. The author proposes to use the AGIL schema by Talcott Parsons for understanding of social nature of people management as an organizational interaction system.
