The concept of interaction with stakeholders in service enterprises

The article examines various scientific approaches to defining stakeholder interactions in service sector enterprises. Particular attention is paid to the works of Russian economists. It is emphasized that, despite the existence of a large number of approaches to identifying stakeholder types, the issue of their practical implementation for managing stakeholder relationships remains open, taking into account the specifics of service sector enterprises, as well as in the context of sustainable development and overcoming the crisis in which some enterprises are currently experiencing. It is concluded that today, enterprises in the sector are changing their priorities in interacting with stakeholders.
