Concept "God" in the Russian and French Bible expressions (ancient Greek sources of origin)

Dedicated to stable biblical expressions that are characteristic of different languages, but having their own specifics, including in the Russian and French traditions. The Russian and French biblical expressions associated with the concept of “God” are analyzed, specific fragments of their use in the Old and New Testaments are examined, and the Greek-Latin-Jewish code of the Bible is revealed. Certain differences of the French and Russian traditions in the use of biblicalisms containing lexemes related to the concept of “God” are highlighted, while quite a lot of common features are noted in these traditions related to two different branches of Christianity.
