Conceptualisation of ecological legal requirements for management of land resources

The relevance of the ecological requirements for the treatment of land linked to the negative anthropogenic impact on this natural resource, which is most often used in economic activities. Damage from irrational and barbaric land reclamation, its hasty and uncontrolled use causes harm to the entire ecosystem. In connection with the above mentioned facts, the article raises the problem of the strategic priorities of the state policy, which should be based on ecological and legal requirements for the management of land resources. Special attention is given to the constitutional human and civil rights to a healthy environment.
