Conceptualization of an extended change management facility in the modern economy

The article substantiates the need to expand the analytical horizon of the theory of change management and develop an integrated concept of the management object as a complex, hierarchically organized system. The research is based on the synthesis of key provisions of foreign metatheories of organizational development and domestic scientific schools, which made it possible to overcome the fragmentarity of existing approaches.
