Conceptual model for the development of tourist and recreational complex of the mountainous territories of the Republic of Buryatia

The development of tourist and recreational activities is one of the directions for diversifying the economy of remote territories, allowing them to maintain their environmental well-being. The aim of the article is to offer a conceptual model for the development of the tourist and recreational complex of the mountainous regions of the Republic of Buryatia. The following research tasks have been solved: current state of the tourist and recreational complex of one of the Kurumkansky district of the Republic of Buryatia is considered, subjects of the tourist and recreational complex of the region were determined, conceptual provisions for the development of this sphere are proposed. The methodological basis of the study was the methods of system analysis. As a result of the study, the goal, principles, tasks, risks of developing the tourist and recreational complex of the mountainous region of the Republic of Buryatia are formulated.
