Conceptual model for managing business processes in industrial enterprises amidst digital transformation

A conceptual model for managing business processes of industrial enterprises in the context of digital transformation has been developed. It represents a systemic view on the challenges of ensuring digital maturity in industrial enterprises through the modification, improvement, and optimization of their business processes. Unlike existing approaches, the proposed conceptual model is grounded in a systemic assessment of business processes in accordance with the demands of the digital economy. It encompasses the rationale, preparation, and decision-making regarding the enhancement of these processes to ensure an increase in the digital maturity of industrial enterprises, viewed as complex socio-economic systems. The proposed conceptual model is based on modern methods of analysis, modeling, assessment and forecasting, which makes it possible to increase the validity of managerial decisions when implementing it in the management practice of industrial enterprises. By employing this holistic approach, enterprises are better equipped to navigate the intricacies of digital transformation and foster sustainable growth in an increasingly competitive landscape.
