The conceptual problem to save resources in to tasks of the optimization of the physical and informatical protection systems

In the article it is shown, that the regression model to save resources is the based way for the estimation quality of the developing material system parts - the physical system protection. It is marked, that the regression model today cannot be used for the quality estimation of the information part of re-sources - «the information system protection» as the subjectivity entropy measurements is going from «the theory of information» by K. Shennon. For exception of the subjectivity, it is necessary to develop the objective non-entropy parameters of the quality information resources based on the modern intelligent information theories of the knowledge. There are the new definition of the conceptions: «sustainable», «security», «protection».
