Conceptual development of suburban areas based on the use of models of advanced economic growth

The article considers the issues of formation of suburban areas, which are part of the spatial infrastructure of the country, based on economic and legal studies. The main approaches to the creation of suburban area models, including those of advanced economic growth, are shown. The results of empirical studies to determine the optimal radius of functioning of suburban areas, the state of the main elements of the entrepreneurial infrastructure are presented. A model of the municipal policy «Volzhsky-Akhtubinsky» (Volgograd region) is proposed, combining elements of industrial and agricultural production, reactionary recreation areas in the village. The economic, environmental and social efficiency of the functioning of the model of advanced economic growth of the suburban area is designated. It is concluded that, despite all the problems of legal and functional transformation, the proposed mechanism of public-private partnership is capable of ensuring the development of the economic, residential and demographic potential of suburban spaces.
