Conceptual - mental superiority of the West has been retraced at the diachron time. The superiority didn’t allow it to take achievements of the Buddhism from the first thousand years B.C., including its "humane" conception, removing down a dependence of the person on external force, its teachings about the consciousness as a stream of the Dharmas, about the affects, about the World, the "I" understanding, the ways of the consciousness change. The West come up to working out the like problems after thousands years. Just as being compelled to renounce its delusions and being turned to the technologies of Buddhism the West was able to adapt its to the west thinking during one or one and a half century.
