The article is concerned with systematization of theoretic and methodological interpretations of HR’s essence, contents, aims, tasks, criteria, principles and management methods, and organizational approaches to their formation and implementation at business structures. The undertaken study proves that HR management conception includes three elements: formation of the HR management system, development of the HR management methodology and development of the HR management techniques.
