The conceptual ideas of work's organization of speech groups

This article shows some conceptual ideas of work’s organization of speech groups. A lot of factors influence the effectiveness of the work in the lessons: the composition of the group, the level of language proficiency, the experience of working in groups, the psychological climate, etc.
