Conceptual bases of office work in the customs authorities of the Russian Federation

The formation and development of any organization is impossible without an organizational and well-coordinated system of office work. In recent years, almost all organizations have switched to an electronic document management system. High-quality preparation and correct execution of organizational, administrative and accompanying documents is the key to the successful development of the organization. In the unified system of the customs authorities of the Russian Federation, much attention is paid to the correct execution and registration of orders, instructions, letters, methodological recommendations, acts, protocols, powers of attorney, regulations, instructions and other documents. Control over the quality and completeness of execution of such documents is entrusted to the structural divisions of the documentation support of the customs authorities of Russia.
