Conceptual bases of formation of worthy living standards

The achievement of high standards of welfare of a man, outlined in the concept of Russia''s development for the period up to 2020, puts the problem of the formation of the concept of worthy living standards and definition of conceptual bases of their formation on the agenda. The study uses the interpretations of concepts in international documents and scientific literature. The reproduction approach is applied - the standard of living is considered as category of the phase of personal consumption and reproduction of labour. On the specification basis of the concepts "standard of living” and "worthy standard of living” as conceptual bases of formation of a worthy standard of living it is offered to consider concepts of sustainable development, the social state and worthy work. The application of reproduction approach allowes to give interpretation of a standard of living as the category of personal consumption, and a worthy standard of living as the specification of this concept consisting in such quantity of the consumed benefits which provides consumption not below standards and rational norms of consumption, and it gives the chance to reproduce and develop labour.
