Conceptual frameworks for harmonious development of enterprises in conditions of economic uncertainty

The purpose of this article is a theoretical understanding of the conceptual foundations of the harmonious development of enterprises in conditions of economic uncertainty. The objectives of the study arising from the goal are to identify problems that impede the harmonious development of Russian enterprises, as well as to develop proposals for their solutions. The relevance of this article stems from the fact that the current socio-economic and political situation in the world produces the formation of uncertainty, which impedes the harmonious development of enterprises. The author points out that currently global economic development is under the influence of challenges that previously were not significant factors limiting the activities of enterprises. Among these challenges, we can highlight the limits of business growth, focusing on short-term goals and the speed of production and economic processes; social inequality; restriction of economic activity, free movement of goods, services, capital, energy resources, which leads to economic stagnation and the formation of conditions for the transformation of competition into economic wars. Thus, the current situation requires a theoretical understanding of the problems of harmonious development of Russian enterprises, taking into account these externalities. To solve the identified problems, the author proposed the concept of harmonious development of enterprises in conditions of economic uncertainty, which allows us to obtain a holistic vision of harmonious development from the point of view of a systems approach, which involves the formation and use of such a system based on the identification of: spheres of harmonious development, outlining its main vectors and subject areas; elements detailing the areas and indicating the practical aspects of the activities of enterprises where initiatives for this development are being implemented; indicators systematized in the context of areas, elements and criteria of “performance”, “development” and “interaction with stakeholders”, providing an understanding of the current level of harmonious development of the enterprise, evolution and the state of establishing interaction and taking into account the needs of stakeholders; analysis tools that ensure the formation and use of a unique system of harmonious development
