Conceptual background for studies in the trade unions’ potential in advocacing social and economic interests of youth

The paper substantiated the potential of the trade unions in social and economic adaptation of youth. The study made an attempt to draw a conceptual pattern of actualizing the potential of trade unions for protecting social and economic interests of youth including both outer factors (environmental ones) and inner factors (corporate-specific ones).
