Conceptual foundationsof economic management of an enterprise

The article reveals the conceptual foundations of economic management of an enterprise in the conditions of the formation of a new technological order in the world. It is concluded that the economic management of industrial enterprises should be significantly transformed due to the need to overcome the stagnation in economy caused by the exhaustion of traditional sources of resource support for sustainable development; changes in global and national market conditions, as well as ideological preferences and the influence of political struggle. Sustainable development largely depends on the ability of an enterprise to implement a comprehensive process of realizing technological innovations, which should be based on economic management. It is argued that the very concept of effective economic management of an enterprise is the result of purposeful efforts of its management, the consequence of which is sustainable development. The authors have developed a conceptual model of economic management, which reveals the features of using economic methods aimed at ensuring the sustainable development of an enterprise in the long term. And the implementation of the proposed algorithm of economic management at the enterprise will contribute to the formation of effective management decisions using economic analysis and calculations.
