Conceptual foundations of the development strategy of the institution of the socio-cultural sphere

The development of a strategy for the development of the organization of the socio-cultural sphere is carried out in stages, which forms the basis of the technological approach. The technological approach describes how, in what sequence and what managerial actions need to be performed when developing a development strategy. The development strategy of a cultural institution should take into account the requests and needs of customers, factors of the internal and external environment. One of the conditions for the implementation of the development strategy is the involvement of social partners in the activities of the organization of the cultural sphere. The strategy of the establishment of the socio-cultural sphere should preserve the accumulated positive experience in providing socio-cultural and leisure services to the population, while introducing innovations that contribute to competitiveness in new economic and social conditions.
